Proficient in Requirement Management, including gathering, analyzing, detailing and tracking requirements.* - *Experience with data analysis, data mapping and dimensional modeling experience in data mart.* - *Expertise in performing GAP Analysis and Impact assessment.* - *Excellent communication skills and adept at facilitating walkthrough sessions.* - *Experience in data warehousing projects dealing with ETL (extraction, transformation, loading) using various databases.* - *Experience in Crystal Reports or SSRS a plus.* - *Additional Skills: MS Excel and Access, HTML, XML, SharePoint.* *HEALTHCARE BUSINESS ANALYST* - Play a lead role in interacting with all necessary stakeholders to help define functional requirements relative to a healthcare insurance related business initiatives. - Must have 7 years of experience as a Business Analyst, including experience as a lead or sole Business Analyst on a project (responsible for leading and driving all the requirements gathering for that project). - *Healthcare insurance related project experience is required (i.e. Claims Processing, Claims Payment, Provider Network, Provider Portals, Eligibility, Medical Management, Medicare, Web Portals, etc.).* - Experience as a Lead Business Analyst is a plus. - Experience conducting and leading requirements gathering sessions. - Strong requirements gathering and elicitation skills, along with extensive experience creating current and future state workflows using Visio. - Must be customer focused - meaning must be able to understand the importance stakeholders business objectives and drive the process towards achieving those objectives. - Strong interpersonal skills and proven track record in working with all levels of an organization's technical and business departments; ability to build and maintain relationships. - Must be a self-starter, proactive, enthusiastic; and possess very strong organizational, task management and prioritization skills.
