*Please review the detailed job description and revert with your interest.* *Position : Network Engineer / Admin - PCRF Location : Redmond, WA* *Duration : 1+ year * *Job description :* PCRF - Policy and Charging Rules Function (Must) Should have good exp of Design, implement, deploy, configuration of PCRF. Should have good understanding of one of the telecom domains(Wireless, EMS/NMS, Optical, VNGN, and Data/Access Networks)and the deployment scenarios of the corresponding products. Should be able to analyze requirement and estimate for features and list risks. Should have capability to design a functional block/ module. Should have the hands-on knowledge in designing of features. Should be able to translate the telecom standards into implementation and to design the protocols/ functional entities. Should be familiar with test tools and test environment. Able to identify various Devices & Tools for Network Management, Performance Management, Traffic Shaping, Bandwidth Management, IP Address Management, etc. for the right requirement. Should be able to use first level management control GUI's for above devices & Tools. Should have Theoretical understanding of Load Balancer technologies. Should be able to execute basic show commands and understand the output. Theoretical understanding of circuits, channels and other basic Multiplexer terminologies. Should be capable of describing the functionality of VoIP protocols like H.323, SIP, MGCP, and RTP. Understands uses of SIP protocol Undergone a training in SIP Understand basic SIP call flow.
