They will wear multiple hats in the role and gather requirements, develop the work and present the solutions to the business and executives. Some of the tasks would include creating Visualforce pages to dynamically display information. They would also override standard button and page layouts with Visualforce pages. Create custom controller/standard controller extensions. Create Apex Triggers/Test classes. Developing interfaces between salesforce.com and external applications. Train and transfer knowledge to internal resources.
