Must be a results oriented individual, who can readily demonstrate comprehensive use of agile software development principles to achieve the desired business outcome. Will be expected to take a leadership role and must be capable to not only know Data Warehouse standards and best practices, but also be driven to create new ones. Responsibilities: * Analyze large scale data to identify new analytics, insights, trends and relationships with a strong focus on SAP HANA * Design and implement real time, contextual analytics to optimize strategies * Design and monitor construction of an enterprise data warehouse including SAP BW/BI on SAP HANA * Design and monitor construction of user-facing presentation tools * Define best practices and standards for the data modeling process Abilities: * Excellent understanding of Big Data Analytics platforms and ETL in the context of Big Data * Expert knowledge of SAP HANA and SAP BW implementation on HANA * Ability to work with a variety of teams and clients, mentoring junior resources, and effectively handling multiple tasks/deadlines with success * Excellent communication and documentation skills, especially when communicating technical concepts to a non-technical audience * Strong leadership skills, motivation to keep abreast of emerging technologies and pick up new skillsets quickly * Ability to travel a must.
