In addition, the Informatica ETL developer must have prior experience designing and developing ETL solutions for successful enterprise data warehousing projects. MUST HAVE Healthcare Payer experience from one of the following companies: Aetna, Cigna, Humana, and United Healthcare, Anthem, BCBS, Horizon, Champus/Tricare, Wellpoint, HCSC, TUFTS, Harvard Pilgrim, CDPHP, Oxford HP, Healthfirst NY & NJ, Fallon, Americhoice, NHP. Possible Options- Healthcare consulting vertical experience.- Accenture, Slalom, PWC, KPMG, Cerner, etc. EXPERIENCE REQUIRED: 1. Must have 5 years’ experience as Informatica ETL Developer (9x) using Informatica and Oracle 10g/11g to implement data warehousing projects including: · Monitoring - Monitor ETL Application Framework and respond to alerts as dictated by associated SLAs · Incident and Problem Management - Provide root cause analysis and follow through to resolution · Service Queue Management- Monitor and maintain ticket queues and follow standard escalation procedures · Communications - Generate Business Communications regarding production issues · ETL Development – Provide code and performance tuning analysis, recommendations, and development services · Technical Documentation – Maintain and develop ETL framework documentation and operational procedures · Analysis, development, and optimization of Informatica Mappings, Workflows and Sessions for troubleshooting · Development and maintenance of Shell Scripts for automation · On-call support – Participate in a revolving on-call support schedule 2. 2+ years of experience in supporting enterprise Informatica applications and associated environments. · Hands-on and proven experience managing critical events and incidents · Experience with process improvements to achieve operational efficiencies · Experience developing and trending key performance metrics aimed at early issue detection, as well as, measuring team success and level of service. · Experience identifying monitoring needs as well as implementation · Solid understanding of Change Management processes · Solid understanding of software development lifecycle including source code management concepts 3. Knowledge of Health Care Insurance Payer Data Warehousing Preferred 4. Excellent understanding of data warehousing concepts. 5.
