The candidate will be involved in new development along With maintaining existing windows, QA process and business analysis. • Position requires expertise with advanced use of test tools and is instrumental in increasing the use of automated testing on projects. • The candidate must also Create and maintain test case and test script documentation for complex custom software, which are complete, thorough, and clearly written; document, track, and communicate project testing risks, test results, status, defect analysis and unresolved problems for multiple projects and provide recommendations for improvements to the development team. • Serve as subject matter expert on all QA processes • Analyze project data and provides recommendations to project manager on risks and issues that could seriously impact the success of the project. • Assist the development team in debugging and replicating issues *Required Experience / Skills: * • At least 7 years in-depth experience and demonstrated proficiency with QA methodology, process and deliverables • High-level of proficiency utilizing virtual environments to perform testing • Experience testing complex multi-tiered web based systems and complex • Data-driven applications • Test Management tool proficiency • Ability to work hands-on and also provide leadership in the implementation of complex testing solutions. • Display a high-level of initiative and troubleshooting skills in stressful situations • Ability to effectively communicate with internal and external Clients; • Ability to effectively work with any co-worker within the team or division; • Able to work independently to juggle multiple simultaneous priorities with minimal supervision • Ability to transfer knowledge and translate technical concepts to non-technical resources and co-workers; excellent verbal and written communication skills • Able to work independently to juggle multiple simultaneous priorities with minimal supervision *Position 2: **Business Analyst* *Location: Washington DC* *Duration: 6 months+* Strong skills required: • •Master’s degree, majoring in Computer Science/Information Systems/Finance, specialized training or equivalent work experience. • •Minimum of 8-10 years relevant technical and business work experience. • •Demonstrated exposure in the design, development and implementation of risk management and risk budgeting models and tools for investment portfolios within an asset and/or asset-liability management framework. • •Good knowledge and experience with capital markets, market conventions and market data manipulations. • •Prior experience with fixed-income securities and portfolio management is required. Good understanding of relationships and attributes of complex portfolio-related reporting is a must • Working knowledge of OLAP techniques is desirable. • Extensive experience in documenting business requirements, developing functional specifications, defining test cases, executing test scripts, and providing user training and support. • Excellent oral and written communication skills. • Quantitative background, with knowledge of financial mathematics (calculus, differential equations, stochastic calculus, probability and statistics, numerical methods, simulation, algorithms and optimization) is a strong plus. • Knowledge of VBA, SQL and C++ numerical programming knowledge, MS Access, Oracle and reporting tools such as *Crystal Reports* is a strong plus.
