*Technical/Functional Skills  *

PeopleSoft HRMS Functional with strong exposure to Core HR, NA Payroll,
Benefits and Absence Management.

*Experience Required     9+*

*Roles & Responsibilities*

*Production Support Track*

Help Production Support Technical team in the analysis of the production
issues.

Interact with Business and identify possible solutions or Work arounds or
Temporary fix or Quick Fix for the production issues encountered.

*Development Track*

Preparation of Functional Specification based on the inputs from Business.

Interact with Offshore team in preparing Technical Specs.

Help Team in preparing test cases for Unit Testing.

Coordinate with Business in performing User Acceptance Testing

PeopleSoft HRMS Techo-Functional with strong exposure to Core HR, NA

Technology : Application Engine, PeopleCode, Component Interfaces, SQR,
COBOL, Phire (Migration Tool), DB2 & Mainframe

*Experience Required     7*

*Roles & Responsibilities*

*Production Support Track*

Handle Production Issues during Payroll Cutoff and Batch Abends.

Identify Work around for issues and perform Quick Fix's

Preparation of detailed Incident Report

Review Migrations and identify possible risks/issues

*Development Track*

Preparation of Technical design document

Perform Development, Unit Testing

Coordinate with Business in performing User Acceptance Testing
