Responsible for documenting requirements and specifications, designing solutions in accordance to best practices, and leading technical teams through the build, test and deployment of the solution. Manage the development lifecycle to ensure the delivery of highly secure solutions that are optimized for performance and built to scale Articulate design considerations, benefits, and recommendations for a technical architecture Should be specialized in Requirements analysis, Business process understanding, Technical Solution design, Data analysis and migration and Integration aspects. Technically mentor the junior team members Responsible for implementing solution using Apex programming and Visualforce page Should be expertise in Salesofrce.com standard functionality and features (Sales, Services and Marketing) Should be familiar with CRM functionalities *Qualifications:* Candidates should have 4-5 years of experience implementing enterprise systems in Salesforce.com with total years of experience not exceeding 6 years. Work experience should include creating custom user interfaces with VisualForce, developing custom business logic in APEX, writing test classes. Work experience in Integration and Web services projects Candidates should possess excellent problem solving, debugging communication skills. Salesforce.com Developer (401) Certification is mandatory. Sales and Service Cloud Consultant Certification is preferred.
