The candidates have 4+ years of Selenium but also focus on the UI testing skills and SoapUI for additional. Bachelors degree in CIS or Business or 1 to several years of testing experience required. *ETL testing experience *Prior experience in a software design and/or testing environment is desirable. Creative and tenacious defect-finding mentality. Motivated by finding solutions to complex problems. Confident in risk-based decision making. Practical understanding of basic testing principles and theory. Testing on PCs, mobile devices, and enterprise systems. Proficiency with SoapUI Pro and web services testing. Proficiency with Selenium using Java. Experience in Agile/Scrum testing methodology. Proficiency in SQL and data-driven testing Ability to analyze complex systems for risk and functionality. Familiarity with UNIX. Proficiency with Rally or other issue-tracking tools.
