*Key Responsibilities:*

·         Initial focus on working closely with KPIT Infotainment Product
Owner and Engineering teams in the development of Auto related solutions.

·         Work with Experience Solutions team, Business Unit leaders,
Account Managers and others across KPIT units in the development and
execution of a variety of projects

·         Create key user experience deliverables such as site maps,
wireframes, look and feel comps, and clickable prototypes

·         Assist in user research activities such as user-testing,
prototype testing, voice of customer studies and card sorting.

·         Help manage the design process, drive decisions, and coordinate
efforts within your team and engineering teams.



*Desired Skills and Experience:*

·         Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in the design industry.

·         An extensive online portfolio that includes samples of
interaction design and your rationale behind the proposed solutions.

·         The ability to craft simple and refined interactions designed to
facilitate action and reduce cognitive overhead.

·         Able to present and defend ideas in an articulate manner.

·         A keen interest in emerging technologies and how they might
impact future design decisions, especially in relation to the interaction
of mobile devices and IoT devices.

·         Ability to understand and translate technical requirements into a
working experience design.

·         Focus on design first and foremost and research as a support
activity.

·         Firm grasp on the demands of designing for dynamic content. This
is a design role, but the ideal candidate must understand the demands of
the medium.

·         A high degree of comfort with visual design principles and how
they impact usability best practices.

·         An interest in the methodologies and processes inherent to a
User-Centered design practice.

·         Demonstrated ability to work in a fast paced and high growth
environment.
