This will involve: · Eliciting enterprise-wide requirements spanning multiple applications. Evaluate information gathered from multiple sources, reconcile conflicts, decompose high-level information into details, abstract up from low-level information to a general understanding, and distinguish user requests from the underlying true needs. Analyze, help design and test projects for our current application. · Should have the ability to perform pre QA functional testing of applications to ensure that functional requirements are being satisfied. Collaborate with developers and subject matter experts to establish the technical vision and analyze tradeoffs between usability and performance needs. · Candidate must have Strong analytical skills with thorough understanding of how to interpret customer business needs and translate them into application and operational requirements. This role with require to Work independently with users and developers across the organization. The ideal candidate will be able to successfully engage in multiple initiatives simultaneously. *Required Skill Sets:* - Detailed oriented, with the ability to work autonomously - Ability to multi-task in a high pressure environment and proven track record on interacting with business users - Ability to pick up new product and technical knowledge quickly. - Ability to deliver tasks on time and on schedule. - Ability to work with the business to understand and author business requirements, decision tables and process flows for various types of projects.
