Description:

*Minimum Qualifications -*
• At least 8 years of experience in Salesforce.com design, development and
administration
• Hands on experience in Salesforce configuration (Fields, Objects,
Validation, Workflow, approval, process builder, security settings, flows,
service cloud).
• Hands on experience in customization using Apex, Visual Force,
jQuery/Angular JS, Bootstrap and JavaScript library
• Ability to understand client requirements and convert into functional
specification document or Business requirement document.
• Effective communication skills

*Preferred Qualifications –*
• Experience in Healthcare domain with HIPAA or HIGHECH training





Position - 2

UI Lead ll New York/Winston Salem

Duration: 16 Months





*Must Have Skills: * Support ideation and conceptualizing of new
functionality,

Lead creative and pragmatic thinking across diverse product releases and
devices for large corporations. Assist in strategy, planning and conducting
user research and usability testing. Deliver a strong and well-optimized UI
set of assets that are performant across devices. Facilitate communication
between business stakeholders, technical team members and others by
translating and visualizing ideas. 5+ years of experience in the field and
experience working with Ecommerce applications for Omni channel



*Desired Skills: *Adobe Illustrator, Adobe Photoshop etc. Familiarity with
modern UX tools and techniques Experience working in agile/scrum teams



Project Details:

Goal is to move client from a manual, call center based operation to a
multi-channel partner with robust online ordering, services, and account
management capabilities.



Job Roles / Responsibilities:

·         Familiarity with Ecommerce user journeys, B2B user scenarios,
blueprints, sitemaps, wireframes, and other tools to communicate
requirements and solutions to other designers, developers, and management

·         Ability to employ research methods such as content and task
analysis, usability testing, and stakeholder interviews to identify
problems and opportunities

·         Experience working and managing in agile/scrum teams in B2B
environment

·         A Bachelor/Master’ Degree (Arts, Industrial/Product/Multimedia
Design, Architecture, Human Factors, Psychology, Cognitive Science,
Computer Science, Engineering etc.)



Position - 3

LMS Analyst

Location: San Jose ,CA

Duration: 3 to 6 Contract



·         Maintains content structure and identify when content needs to be
reviewed/updated

·         Troubleshoots and answers technical ticket issues, on the LMS and
online courses deployed through the LMS

·         Provides daily project updates on ongoing setup and maintenance
of content of Intelleum

·         Resolves technical problems that interrupt learner use and
tracking

·         Validates and test changes to the LMS keeping accurate and
detailed test plans and results

·         Runs system reports and develop custom reports to meet
stakeholder needs

·         Coordinates mass course enrollments and manage automatic logic
enrollments to required courses

·         Manages usability and QA testing content for UI and content
structures to optimize the program for learners

·         Exp - minimum 6 years and maximum 8 years
