*NOTE: Passport copy is mandatory for H1B Candidates (NO OPT'S)* *Job Description:-* Identify issues, form hypothesis, design and conduct analysis, synthesize conclusions into recommendations and help implement change - Develop project/functional/technical specifications - Advise on methods to improve business processes. - May lead the training of customers and peers - PMO activities and management - Participates and structures stakeholder interviews - Under minimal direction, formulate and define systems scope and objectives. *Minimum Qualifications:* Same as Analyst, plus the following - Good understanding of business processes and industry requirements Undergraduate degree, occasionally an MBA or other graduate degree - Working towards professional certifications such as CPA, CISA, CISM, CMC, CISSP, SAP certification, Oracle certification etc. -2-3 Years of Relevant Experience Same as Analyst, plus the following: - Good understanding of business processes and industry requirements Assist with department strategy development - Coordinate and facilitate Leadership Team Meetings - Manage department communications - Manage department content in SharePoint - Communications Plan maintenance - Create and Publish Department’s Monthly Highlights - Quarterly IT Performance Report - Schedule and develop presentations for Business Partner Engagement - Maintain list of YTD Accomplishments - Update and Maintenance Dashboard / Scorecard - Assist with department strategy development - Coordinate and facilitate Leadership Team Meetings - Manage department communications - Manage department content in SharePoint - Communications Plan maintenance - Create and Publish Department’s Monthly Highlights - Quarterly IT Performance Report - Schedule and develop presentations for Business Partner Engagement - Maintain list of YTD Accomplishments - Update and Maintenance Dashboard.
