This work, depending on project and work need, will be completed following either the Agile/Scrum or Waterfall methodology.* *Independently meet with management and business partners at all levels of the organization to gather business requirements. Develop and maintain specifications artifacts that clearly outline the key requirements elicited from business users. Work with Enterprise Architecture Team (EA), Enterprise Information Management (EIM), external vendors and internal IT development resources to develop, test, and deploy web site code and systems, including integrations with MFS custom developed internal and external vendor systems.* *Principal Responsibilities:* ** Create business requirement artifacts including but not limited to User Stories (including Steps of Doneness), annotated wireframes, BRD's, FSD's, detailed work flow diagrams, use cases, business process flows, data flow diagrams* ** Work to understand internal client's business needs above and beyond the immediate requirements and convert them into functional specifications. Work with business units, Enterprise Information Management (EIM) and the Enterprise Program Management Office (EPMO) to determine timetable for completing requests* ** Liaison between business units, Enterprise Architecture (EA), EIM and project teams to ensure proper implementation of requirements within the expected timeframe. Communicate any material modifications of the business requirements to impacted teams* ** Document data modeling requirements for enterprise integration.
