Gather key business objectives ii. Identify current business process challenges iii. Identify key metrics and measures for success b. Identify and document gaps in business processes c. Identify Business Process reengineering opportunities for existing and future modules and processes d. Document system enhancement proposals, outline issues, alternatives and provide recommendations detailing performance, costs, scheduling, time and benefits. e. Understand and adhere to documentation standards, file design and storage.
