Must Have Skills: · Experience in BFS space with at least 3-4 years in Mortgage space across project lifecycle · Mortgage Loss Mitigation, Default Management, Servicing, Origination. Business Analysis, Process Consulting, Business Analysis Job Roles / Responsibilities: · Leadership: Manage a team of 10-12 Business Analysts working in Default Management Area across various projects. · Business Development: Identify opportunities within various client areas in Default Management and harness these. · Practice Development: Develop Client capabilities and practice through solution frameworks and accelerators. Take these to other clients and perform Business Development Activities. · Analytical skills, to critically evaluate the information gathered from multiple sources, reconcile conflicts, decompose high-level information into details, abstract up from low-level information to a more general understanding · Writing skills, to communicate information effectively to customers, marketing, managers, and technical staff · Organizational skills, to work with the vast array of information gathered during elicitation and analysis and to cope with rapidly changing information · Interpersonal skills, to help negotiate priorities and to resolve conflicts among project stakeholders (such as customers, product management, and engineering) · Requirements gathering and analysis, documentation, detailing and approval as well as all various processes to manage requirements -- Thanks and Regards, Manish Patel | Next Level Business Services, Inc.
