Additionally, the project is intended to provide businesses with a web location where they can log on to manage all of their business transactions with the City. Major development is being divided into multiple phases of successive increasing complexity, all beginning concurrently. The consultant assignment will be to design, code, test, and deploy data mapping and transformation applications. Design and develop XML transformation services using IWAY service manager. Develop Web services and Web service client applications.
