· Proficiency in build and release management best practices
· Ability to work directly and collaboratively with QA testing teams
in helping to trouble shoot issues and stage testing for resolution
· Experience running code reviews using J-unit and Fortify

· Perform unit testing and participate in a test driven development

· 5+ Years experience in commercial software development**
· Hands on development experience with Java, EJB, JSF, Facelets,
JBoss SEAM, RichFaces, JavaScript, CSS, XML, XHTML**
· Experience delivering web services using XML-RPC**
· Familiar with SOA Design Principles**
· Experience with open source technology tools like Eclipse, ANT and
Log4J**
· Test Driven development with JUnit or TestNG**
· Experience with JBoss preferred or another app server**
