Details of Position: Responsible for interpreting functional requirements and creating/maintaining test scenarios and scripts in QC, along with data preparation and System and Product Test execution; responsible for development of stress and performance test plans, requiring analysis of non-functional requirements and gathering of relevant data for results reporting; ability to execute Performance Tests and analyze and report on results. Knowledge of a defect management tool. Management Skills: Excellent knowledge of standard testing practices, along with usage of QC and QTP and the standard MS products. Also requires excellent analytical skills and oral/written communication skills.
