Desired Qualifications: BA/BS degree in Computer Science with a strong academic record. Minimum of 5 years of object oriented development and architecture. Extensive experience with PHP 5. Experience with Java or other strongly typed, object-oriented languages is a plus. Experience with MVC frameworks. We’re looking for someone who understands how these tools work and what problems they are meant to solve, not someone who has simply memorized APIs or examples. Familiarity with Symfony 2 and/or Doctrine 2 is a bonus. Experience building scalable applications in digital media/online advertising. Experience with Amazon EC2/S3. Knowledge of best practices for mitigating security risks including CSRF, XSS, and SQL injection attacks.
