*Skills:* SCM (Build and Release) Engineer** *Potential Start Date:* ASAP *Location: * Philadelphia, PA *Duration:* 6 Months *Expertise* • Maven, Ant, Makefiles etc. • Linux shell scripts, PERL, Python, JSP expertise. • Jenkins/Hudson continuous integration tool implementation/maintenance • Familiar with maintaining the code repository for embedded projects – ingesting new tool chains, SDKs and patches from multiple vendors and generating end-to-end build scripts that generate executable images. • Design, develop, automate and maintain productivity tools using scripts to improve software development and deployment • Prefer folks who have been responsible for maintaining build systems for set-top firmware development. • Prefer folks who have been responsible for maintaining linux-based firmware. * * *Responsibilities* • Managing the code repository for multiple concurrent projects using Subversion. • Writing build scripts using Maven, Ant, Makefiles etc. • Design and implement build procedures that are used to support software product development and System Test • Manage and maintain build systems hardware and software Manage current Configuration Management tools and subversion tools.
