*Responsibilities *
*Job Description:*
This position is responsible for taking ownership of complex
non-technical customer and partner inquires, escalations and outbound
activities. Manage small projects, mentors colleagues and make
recommendations for improving processes, to deliver world class customer
service. Foster customer loyalty and product retention while enhancing
the quality of the customer experience.
·Will work Brazilian hours Monday-Friday 8:30-5:30 which means that once
DST goes takes place in Brazil and we fall out of DST in the US the
individual will be starting at 5:30am EST, currently role starts at
7:30am EST.
·Contract effective through March 31, 2013
