.NET Performance Tuning Lead

Working and leading a performance tuning SWAT to review existing
application development code for a huge custom .net application. Will
need someone strong to review the presentation layer, middle tier and
data access to ensure that best coding practices are followed. In
addition, working with the team to implement the changes to our code to
meet performance metrics.
