As a UI developer, you will work closely with the Engineering team and
the Product team. You will translate the wireframes from the Product
Managers into high quality html/css/js code that can be handed off to
the java developers. You will participate in the Agile development process.
*Responsibilities:*
·Work with engineering & design team members to translate visual designs
to production ready pages in HTML/CSS/JS
·Design and build user interfaces, frameworks, components, navigation
elements and customization for an extensive, interactivebusiness application
·Work with design team to create visual designs based on wireframes
*Requirements:*
·Expert level knowledge ofJQuery & JavaScript.
·Hand coding skills in HTML;Knowledge of ExtJS, CSS3 layouts, web
standards, browser & web developer tools
·Proficiency with the Adobe Creative Suite ( Photoshop, Fireworks,
Illustrator and Flash)
·Familiarity with Visio, Fireworks, PowerPoint, any other online
wire-framing tools
·Knowledge and experience of working in an IDE like Eclipse or
SpringSource on a LAMP stack or Java environment
·Eye for detail in design. and knowledge of best practices in coding
·4-5 years of experience in UI design and development
·Superior communication skills. Ability to collaborate well with
designers, developers and managers on the team.
·Self-motivated,with the ability to work independently; urge toactively
learn, research UI trends and improve.
·Knowledge of user centered design methods, ability to put oneself in
user's shoes, ability to take feedback fromstakeholders and translate it
to tangible design artifacts.

·Experience with Backbone
·Online portfolio which showcase work samples
