*Job Title : QA Engineer Location : Denver, CO (Need Local)Duration : 6+Months ContractFace to Face InterviewPrimary Responsibilities: * Responsible for manual and automated testing of product Develop and execute manual and automated tests using Java, Test Complete, and Selenium. Partner with software development staff to resolve application bugs and test upcoming application releases. Actively participate in Iteration Planning, Stand-ups, and Team Retrospectives Develop software-testing artifacts within an agile process Proactively work to identify, clarify, and resolve issues; remove barriers within and outside the organization in a timely manner Proactively share knowledge on best practices for testing software and share best practices across all the software development and testing groups for this project. *Minimum Qualifications * A four-year degree in Computer Science or other related field 1-3 years of software testing and/or software development experience 2+ years of Java/Javascript and/or .NET programming experience Experience working in Agile software development teams. Experience working with 3rd party automation tools such as Test Complete, other Keyword driven automation tools Proficiency in identifying optimized regression and integration test coverage Soap UI/end point testing experience Software testing and/or software development experience working with enterprise applications developed using various technologies (J2EE, REST, Endpoint Dev/Testing, AJAX, etc.) Knowledge and/or experience with the software tools and techniques used in automated testing Experience with large-scale projects including intra-departmental communication and collaboration Past experience working with remote teams.
