   *TOOLS SKILLS:*

   1.       Hands on experience on LoadRunner, Performance Centre, Jmeter
   Performance Testing tools

   2.       Provides Technical Leadership and Strategic Direction to the
   testers



   *KEY COMPETANCIES*

   1.       *PLANNING:* Plan, design, and author effective test cases

   ·         Work with NFT Manager to prepare NFT Strategy

   ·         Provide NFT estimates/sizing for the work packages

   ·         Prepare NFT Plan

   ·         Prepare NFT workload models with the team

   ·         Through analysis of requirements specifications and design
   documents use structured techniques to identify testable conditions.

   *2.       **EXECUTION:*

   ·         Assist with the planning and manage Performance Testing cycle

   ·         Review scripts and ensure accuracy as per performance test
   requirements

   ·         Draft, revise, approve and execute Performance test plans and
   scripts ensuring alignment with standards.

   ·         Create data, conduct tests and analyse results to ensure that
   software meets or exceeds specified standards and /or customer requirements.

   ·         Ensure that Performance tests are successfully completed and
   documented and all problems are resolved.

   ·         Prepare performance measurement metrics

   ·         Assist with development of Performance Test Plans, Status
   Reporting, Test Readiness Reviews and Post-Implementation Reviews as
   appropriate

   ·         Where appropriate communicate Test Results, findings report,
   recommendations and NFT closure report

   ·         Work with NFT manager in identifying new strategies,
   value-adds, road map plans so as to achieve continuously improvements
   consistently.

   *3.       **PEOPLE / SOFT SKILLS:*

   ·         Develop and maintain strong working relationships with other
   IT Services, IT Solutions functions and customers to expedite delivery of
   IT solutions.

   ·         Support Performance Test Manager and Senior Performance
   Manager in upward stakeholder management and day-to-day management of the
   QA & Test organization

   ·         Work closely with on-shore and off-shore third party vendors
   to deliver projects to time, cost and quality requirements.

                                   Coordinate with infrastructure and
   environment support team to resolve infrastructure and environment related
   issues and escalate them if not resolved as per SLA.
