The person will primarily work on frontend User Interface and User Experience, with the opportunity to participate in backend Data Warehouse and overall architecture work. · 3+ years of solid Qlikview experience in an enterprise environment. · Experience in Qlik Extensions development with JavaScript and CSS style sheet. · Knowledge of relational databases especially Microsoft SQL server required. · Working knowledge of JavaScript, CSS, XML and Web Services. · Perform data analysis to provide actionable insights and solutions to support business needs · Document analytical methodologies used in the execution of analytical request projects · Communicate with project team/manager to share analytical results and manage expectations and work closely with management to prioritize business and information need · Strong knowledge of Data Management Techniques and Key Performance Metrics. Ability to filter and clean data, and review reports, printouts, and performance indicators to locate and correct code and data source problems · High mathematical & problem solving aptitude · VBA, SQL and/or database querying experience preferred · Process & requirements documentation experience · Demonstrates an informed knowledge of a process area to resolve problems on an ongoing business basis · Possesses knowledge and experience leveraging both IT solutions and business process improvements · Communication Skills: The ability to translate the data into an understandable insight and present complex information simply, easily, and clearly. The individual should be able to story-tell with data, form relationships with all key stakeholders and tailor communication styles to specific audience needs · Critical Thinking: Analyze numbers, uncover trends, and draw conclusions based on the findings. Leverage problem solving skills and frameworks to develop solutions. Reconcile data conflicts, decompose high-level information into details, and take low-level information up to a more general understanding · Attention to Detail: vigilant in data quality and ensuring data integrity. Routinely audit data providers and suggest improvements to methodology to improve data integrity.
