*Position: Cognos BI AnalystLocation: Fort Worth, TXDuration: 6-12 Months* JD: Cognos Business Intelligence Analyst, Supply Chain Performance The Reporting Team in Supply Chain Performance provides reporting and analytical support across the entire Technical Operations Supply Chain organization at Client location with particular emphasis on enhancements in materials performance and planning, conversion to Parts360 inventory system, ongoing Tech Ops operational requirements, as well as future integration requirements. Duties for the Business Intelligence Programmer/Analyst, Supply Chain Performance, will include: - Develop operational reports and dashboards in Cognos and/or through Teradata SQL queries - Audit and analyze reports to ensure data accuracy - Identify data error root causes, troubleshoot and analyze any errors within and between systems to ensure data accuracy and integrity Qualifications -Bachelor degree, preferably in computer science, math, engineering, operations research or any other quantitative or programming discipline field -2+ years of experience with writing SQL queries including long queries, joins, unions etc. - Aptitude for problem identification and resolution; the ability to identify data root causes, troubleshoot and analyze any errors within and between systems to ensure data accuracy and integrity - Self-motivated individual with a high level of integrity - Experience with Teradata and Inventory Management Systems a plus The candidate will have a high performance orientation, ability to work well under pressure, prioritize projects, meet deadlines, and maintain flexibility.
