Candidate should have more than 5 years’ of experience in Functional & End to end testing. 2. Excellent knowledge of ALM (Previously QC) Test Management tool & processes. 3. *Hands On experience with Web Services Testing (SOA Testing)* 4. *Hands On experience on SOA test automation tool like (SOAP UI Pro, Parasoft SOATest etc.)* 5. *Excellent understanding of SOA based architecture* 6. Good functional knowledge of Pharmacy Benefit Management domain. 7. Strong technical and testing skills - Knowledge on various software testing types, strategies and approaches. 8. Participate in meeting with Clients to understand the functional and non-functional requirements of the project, understand the scope of work, interact with Client SME’s for any queries. 9. Create Test Strategy for the project from the test requirements and identify the scenarios to be tested and derive effort estimates for the project. 10. Develop test plan for the project, identifies the risks involved and develop mitigation plan for all the risks involved. 11. Develop the Test cases for all the identified Test Scenarios and prepare traceability matrix. 12. Execute the Test cases, identify defects, classify and raise defects, participate in defect triages. 13. Prepare the Testing metrics of the project and track the metrics with respect to the organization goals 14. Requires little supervision, self-starter that can work independently and collaboratively, while remaining effective at reporting status of tasks daily 15. Strong communication skills - Ability to communicate and document status and complex issues, risks effectively 16. Strong documentation skills – Ability to create clear, concise, detailed project artifacts that meet the standards of the Testing Center of Excellence and Software Quality Management process. 17.
