Hope you are doing great today..!!! *Role : Scrum Master * *Location : Framingham, MA* *Client: TCS* *Duration : Long Term* *JD ::* *Job Responsibilities* Facilitate effective team meetings: stand-ups, sprint planning, retrospectives and demos. Work with the Product Owner and the project team to develop and manage a Product Backlog. Liaise between the stakeholders and the project team to ensure user stories/acceptance criteria is clearly defined and understood. Uncover and remove team impediments that prevent the team from achieving their shared goal. Help teams understand root cause of impediments and get passed the symptoms. Manage product scope and control scope creep during the development sprints. Work with the project team to provide estimates Identify, manage and mitigate project and team risks. Identify opportunities to improve processes and offer constructive suggestions for change. Build the teams passion for delivering value to customers through Agile project delivery. Apply excellent communications skills, creativity and practical knowledge to current process Coach and train team members on Agile tools and techniques * Qualification:* Must love working with a team to build great solutions. Certified Scrum Master (preferred). 3+ years delivering interactive, web, mobile and/or cloud applications in a Scrum Master role. In depth knowledge of one or more Agile frameworks, preferably from Scrum, Kanban, Lean and XP. Experience with iterative development methodologies and continuous delivery practices. Communicates effectively with meaningful and articulate verbal discussions.
