· *8+ years* experience as a Business Analyst on IT projects
· Exceptional interpersonal skills with all stakeholders and PMO
leadership
· Exceptional analytical skills
· Excellent written and verbal communication skills
· Excellent problem solving skills
· Prior experience working with a PMO
· Prior experience working with government agencies
· Experience meeting project milestones and completion dates
*NICE TO HAVE:*
· Project Server or other PMIS tools
· Experience with PMI methodology
