Workday Functional Analyst Location: Irvine CA 92612 Duration: 6-12 month contract Phone Skype Ideal candidates will have experience with Workday Core HR and Compensation and Security. HCM implementation experience is highly desired. · Workday Payroll is a huge plus,more on the side of gathering requirements. · Experience in aligning systems and processes to business needs · Have an analytical and logical approach to problem solving · Skilled in working with multiple HR SMEs in understanding requirements to build sustainable design · Strong knowledge of HCM foundation, business processes, reports and security in Workday. · Extensive testing and test scripting knowledge. · Strong Excel and Access skills. · Good verbal and written communication.
