Advanced UI Skills The Software Engineer- User Interface will research, design, test, implement, debug, and maintain customer’s software systems. The engineer will analyze user specifications and requirements and implement with a variety of programming languages and development environments, working alone or in teams with other developers. The Software Engineer will efficiently oversee system startups, and support other departments as required. Additional duties and responsibilities include, but are not limited to: Research, design, implement and test new software programs Analyze and modify existing systems Implement adapters between existing software products Maintain systems by identifying and correcting software defects Write operational documentation with technical authors Work in teams with project managers, graphic artists, systems analysts, sales and marketing professionals Constantly learn new technologies and skills via media, courses, or new applications Innovate as part of a team, or individually, to meet the needs of the project Demonstrate excellent communication skills such as presenting of complex systems and drive to create a high quality user experience.
