Look for good java with strong core java, backend experience. Not a regular Java role. Scalability: Experience in designing robust, highly scalable systems. Able to architect & design components, features and systems. Very experienced in Java, databases, caching solutions, and web development in general. Striving to be a genius in your area of expertise. Able to quickly learn new languages and systems. A team player who likes to discuss solutions and ideas with non-engineers. Able to translate business needs to technical requirements and implementation. Motivated by challenges and new opportunities. Fluent in English. *Tasty bonus skills:* Experience in working on a project for high scalability sites. Experience with Microservices or SOA. Experience maintaining a live game. Experience in working on highly social projects with lots of interaction between users. Experience writing client code for games. Experience in C++ or Lua. Experience setting up and maintaining build or test infrastructures.
