Job Title:              SAP Business Analyst – Sales and Customer Service

Location:              Minneapolis, MN

Reports to:         SAP Applications Manager



SUMMARY:        The Arctic Cat Sales and Customer Service Business Analyst
is responsible for business process design, configuration and maintenance
of the SAP Sales & Distribution, Customer Service and Dealer Portal
environments. The role is responsible for analyzing business needs and
evaluating solutions or process modifications to solve business problems.
This role is instrumental in supporting customer-focused business
processes, defining solution architecture, analyzing opportunities for
process improvement and in realizing changes to our dealer-facing tool
landscape by working with our Dealers, Sales & Order Management Teams and
IT colleagues to realize solutions that enhance revenue while delivering a
positive user experience for our dealers.



ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

1.            Diagnose and troubleshoot problems and implement solutions in
Arctic Cat’s SAP ECC, CRM and NetWeaver Portal environments.

2.            Identify innovative solutions from our existing toolset or
available in the technology marketplace to enhance and improve our pricing,
sales, customer service and dealer-facing tools.

3.            Provide responsive technical support and leadership to ensure
critical customer-facing sales processes (Dealer Shows, Ordering Waves,
etc.) have a stable platform in place to process orders.

4.            Develop a technology roadmap to guide strategic investments
in customer-focused tools over the next 3-5 years to deliver world-class
solutions that support our iconic brand, a strong dealer network and
efficient internal processes.

5.            Provide the necessary coordination and facilitation to engage
in interactive design sessions with business process owners and functional
leaders to drive continuous improvement.

6.            Engage with business stakeholders to define, document, and
scope requirements for new configuration or development to meet changing
business requirements.

7.            Assist project managers in defining, scheduling and budgeting
tasks.

8.            Partner with the Platform Engineering team to define
requirements for hosting, securing and exposing new dealer-facing tools.

9.            Provide guidance to the business and functional areas in
developing tests, training plans and materials.

10.          Complete detailed system design, write functional specs for
development and perform configuration changes and/or prepare design
specifications for Java, ABAP and BI developers.



QUALIFICATIONS: To perform this job successfully, an individual must be
able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. The requirements listed
below are representative of the knowledge, skill, and/or ability required.

1.            Proven expertise in supporting and enhancing SAP pricing,
sales & distribution, customer service and portal integration with 3+ years
of experience.

2.            Experience in configuring and supporting EDI and other data
interface scenarios using iDocs.

3.            Experience with SAP web technologies like SAP Fiori, UI5 or
NetWeaver Portal is a plus but not a requirement.

4.            Experience in an OEM environment selling to a retail dealer
network is a plus but not a requirement.

5.            Demonstrated ability to partner with business users and
business leaders in developing tools that solve critical business problems.

6.            Proven capability and willingness to quickly acquire new
technology skills.

7.            Demonstrated proficiency in the applied use of systems and
process analysis tools.

8.            Full system life cycle experience, including development
lifecycle methodologies

9.            Strong analytical problem-solving and conceptual skills.

10.          Strong interpersonal, written and verbal skills with an
ability to express complex technical concepts in business terms.

11.          Excellent technical writing and system documentation skills.



EDUCATION:

1.            Four-year degree with emphasis in a related field or
equivalent experience desired.
