Need local candidate
5+ years of Custom Development Experience and/or experience in all phases
of at least one full life-cycle engagement.
Knowledge on high level concepts of J2EE/JAVA framework development; High
level knowledge of basic JAVA library, standards and frameworks. Can write
classes and methods with direction and oversight from experienced
developer, plus class and package level development experience using an ORM
Persistence framework. Strong debugging skills. Good understanding of
JAVA libraries. Good understanding and demonstrated experience with at
least one common architectural pattern with MVC preferred. 2+ years of
experience using code repository for SDLC management .
Experience working collaboratively with team members, leads, and
architects. Proactively addressing potential risks ahead of time.
Delivers sound problem analysis and high-quality deliverables that address
defined client needs. Assists in the timely resolution of any technical or
client service issues. Coordinates and communicates activities with
engagement management.
Mid-Level Developer, responsible for development work commiserate with
their skills/level. Responsibilities also include developing design,
testing, implementing application components and technical analysis
support. Able to work independently creating modules and testing, reporting
on status, etc. Also, Jr. DBAs with basic skills in SQL, Oracle, etc.
Capable of working directly with the client to extract requirements and
technical details. Able to work independently as well as take direction
from senior team members. Report work status on a consistent basis.
Following coding standards and participating in code reviews.

Experience with:

LifeRay Portal Development
JSF (Java Server Faces)
JSF extension libraries either PrimeFaces or ICEFaces
JS extension libraries (AngularJS, MetalJS, KnockoutJS)
ORM tools (Hibernate, JPA, etc.)
Enterprise design patterns (MVC, MVVM, MVP etc…)
