*Performance Engineer/Analyst*
Watertown, MA Local 6+ Months Project Details (or a sampling if multiple): Core migration – they are calling this project “Charm” CHRM (Core Health Rules Migration) within the Core implementation *Ideal candidate:* · Strong performance testing experience (min of 6 years) · Strong problem solver o The reason the other two candidates fell short that I mentioned above is that they were just writing test scripts, he needs this person to be higher level and actually know how to handle problems and identify what places they can expect performance issues, etc. · Healthcare payer/insurance experience o Part of the day to day ramp up of this person will be to really understand the business side as this implementation touches all areas of the enterprise. o If we can identify someone with the industry experience, they will be able to understand environment and become a top candidate · Understanding (working/high level) of systems engineering and networking · Cloud based testing Experience · Extensive experience working a Hybrid Cloud Model troubleshooting performance issues and analyzing performance data · Thorough understanding of distributed systems, network routing, Internet principles and statistical data analysis; · Experience Building load test scripts in Loadrunner/Performance Center using different protocols over a wide range of applications · Experience testing SOAP and REST based web services · Demonstrated knowledge of tools like Wireshark to debug network latency issues · Design and implement overhead, *scalability* , stability, and stress tests using industry standard tools and custom developed software applications · Analyze performance and non-functional requirements to develop performance test strategies, test plans, and implement performance management solutions for various systems. · Develop and enhance automated performance test scripts; execute tests; conduct analysis, and clearly communicate test results. · Understanding of HPE UFT and HPE Truclient client technologies to build scripts. · Solid verbal/written communication skills and the ability to work in a team environment. · Translates user requirements to performance test process and identify data needs. · Design and drive implementation of monitoring & automation tools to find problems, and escalate to development teams – to ensure that platform exceeds SLAs · Experience in a HealthCare Setting implementing Claims Adjudication systems in highly diverse SOA environments, is highly desirable · Experience with EDI HIPAA transactions (270,837, 834, 278, 276) is highly desirable · Work with Applications, QA, Development and Infrastructure Teams to troubleshoot and resolve end to end application, system and cross platform performance issues · Design application technical infrastructure such as specific databases, programming languages, utilities, testing approach, and tools. · Participates in the evaluation and implementation of vendor application software and tools. · Provides broad understanding of platforms and applications across all technologies by consulting with the project teams and assisting the groups in their technical training needs. · Understanding of new Javascript frameworks is a plus Requirements Minimum of 5 years’ experience with HP Loadrunner or Performance Center, UFT · Experience with Apache, JBOSS, WEBLOGIC, WEBSPHERE environments · Experience with Messaging systems (TIBCO Enterprise BUS), high volume transactions · Understanding of Network Virtualization and tcpdump analysis · Demonstrated knowledge of network protocols and implementations (DNS, TCP/IP, UDP, HTTP, SSL), and application-level protocols (overlay routing and Peer-to-Peer file sharing protocols) · Experience using root cause analysis tools such as Dynatrace and other tools to quickly troubleshoot issues and identify Root Cause · Knowledge of Oracle / SQL queries, contention/locking analysis and tuning Knowledge of Java debugging and monitoring software. · Network Analysis · Experience in automation of systems testing and system administration tasks · Experience coding in an object-oriented language (e.g., Java) and C (loadrunner). *Randhir Kumar* *IDC Technologies, Inc Work: 408-459-1535 Mailto: * *randhir.ku...@idctechnologies.com* <randhir.ku...@idctechnologies.com> * _____________________________________* *Empowering Technologies Services* *Remote Services | IT Services | BPO | * *IT Consulting | Staffing Solutions |* *_____________________________________* -- You received this message because you are subscribed to the Google Groups "IT RECURITER" group.
