*Job Role: UX DesignerLocation: Saint Louis, MODuration: 12+ Months * Description: Create innovative solutions to difficult challenges using a human-centered design methodology Partner with fellow UX architects & designers, product managers, and agile development teams to identify and enact opportunities Improve the usability of a product by incorporating user research methods to guide the design, development, and refinement of the work Express concepts through powerful visuals and tangible form Contribute to strategic meetings and decisions with the product management teams Encourage and uphold high standards for our product experiences Design within an enterprise design system to craft solutions to customer design problems Serve as an ambassador for Product Design within the org and in the broader design community Requirements 5+ years of experience in design, product design or related field Solid portfolio with mobile and web-based products and their stages of creation Strong interaction design, visual design, and prototyping skills Strong ability to partner and incorporate feedback from customers, business, and technical stakeholder seamlessly into designs Mastery of Sketch, Adobe CS, InVision, Axure (or other prototyping products) Strong communication and presentation skills Passionate about human-centred design (HCD), Customer/User Experience (C/UX), and Design Thinking Must be willing to travel on occasion Bonus Skills/Experience: Deep understanding and ability to conduct user experience research and evaluation techniques Experience creating personas, as is and to be journey maps, Experience in agriculture, biotechnology, and/or government regulated industries HTML, CSS, and JS skills Additional Info: Help and coordinate and plan the US experience of a product in the Customer face, externally facing or towards the Sales Team. Will work with Product Managers, stakeholders, customers and users Open due to some transitioning happening on the team and more work coming in. Soft Skills: good communication skills.
