*Role – QA Analyst * *Location: Scottsdale, AZ* *Duration: 6 Months* *Rate*: $45/hr on C2C *Position 1: Quality Assurance* *1. **Required*: · 3+ years’ experience executing quality assurance testing on web development · *Must have strong QA automation experience working in Java C# and Selenium Web Driver.* - Demonstrated experience identifying test cases that can be automated and be able to type in the scripting code*.* o *Please list in the summary the length of the experience, what it was used for, % this task was in regards to their job duties and at which companies it was utilized.* o *(We do not want someone who ONLY has experience with Selenium IDE or those that use test tools that hook into selenium such as HP (QTP).)* · *QA experience performing manual testing of a web ecommerce application* (manually testing User Registration, Business Rules surrounding what the user has access to, User Account management, then manually testing any shopping cart functionality and the financial transactions that apply thereafter. o *Please list in the summary the length of the experience, what it was used for, % this task was in regards to their job duties and at which companies it was utilized.* · *Experience in Agile development* · *Strong communication skills*. Able to clearly and quickly articulate their thoughts, able to work independently and draw from prior experience, able to make independent and logical decisions. Able to work well in close working conditions (scrum setting). Able to work well under tight timelines. · *Given the close working quarters and pending go live date (few months) we need someone who is experienced working well under pressure and in an environment where co-workers are in very close proximity with little to no privacy (desk spaces do not have separating walls). Positivity is key and a trait we will be looking for during our interviews.* · *Only if someone demonstrates these qualities will they be selected, it is best this is determined through the initial phone screen if possible.* - *Please note their demonstrated verbal communication abilities from your phone screen.* - *If they have demonstrated experience working on high-profile projects where key project milestones were pending with an expected go live date that was inflexible and upcoming - that would be a great item to highlight in the candidate notes. If this is experience was while they were working on a small team of QA Developers (under 4-5) also a great item to highlight.* - *Please confirm you have described the work space accurately as we do not want it to be a surprise for anyone joining our team.* *2. **Preferred:* · Experience writing JavaScript – We are moving this from required to a benefit as we are struggling with finding candidates who have this skill set. This is the number one ideal additional skill set a candidate can have for this position. o *If they have this experience please describe at what company they utilized it and in what capacity.
