*Job Role: Sr. Project/Program Manager Location: Lincolnshire, ILDuration: 6+ Months * Responsibilities *Strong Program Manager with Email Separation experience.Your impact as an IT Project Manager - Acquisitions and Divestitures* Delivery model (existing model and future changes) Define project roles, responsibilities, methodology, tools and best practice Leverage shared services Standardization of processes Provide input on delivery model and best practices Support, lead, or ensure the standardization of processes for implementing projects across all clients, in accordance with best practices Identify, and/or elevate ideas for improving the delivery model offer and methodologies You Bring Knowledge and Expertise Qualifications: Demonstrate and Educate as a Proficient Subject Matter Expert (SME) in Project Management process and tools. Experience communicating effectively with different levels of management and direct client contact. Experience with software methodology development processes. Ability to create presentations and write business cases under some direction. Ability to work under tight deadlines managing multiple priorities. Project budgeting/costing knowledge. Ability to solve more complex problems and deal with a variety of work situations. Proficiency with MS Office. Intermediate user of MS Project. Education & Certification:- Bachelor’s degree and/or equivalent work experience required.
