Documents requirements, defines scope and objectives, and formulates systems to parallel overall business strategies. May require a bachelor's degree in a related area and 4-7 years of experience in the field or in a related area. Experience executing in both Agile and Waterfall SLC - project planning, requirements elicitation and documentation, guiding user acceptance testing (scripting, execution, coordination). Experience with ITIL based Demand / Release / Change process using Service Now. Prior experience with Pharma Client in an IT BSC/BSA role highly desirable. Experience in pharma a plus. Understanding of inbound call centers including complaint handling a plus. Ability to schedule, coordinate, lead/facilitate meetings required. Must be comfortable presenting to all levels (team, leadership, steering committee, etc.). Position located in Lake County, IL.
