*Role Title: Oracle SCM Functional* *Location: San Francisco Bay Area, CA* *Duration: Longterm* The role of this position is to support on SCM (Procure to Pay, Plan to build, Order to Cash) to the client on EBS 12.1.3: Responsibilities: · Functional consultant for SCM, maintain support documentation and adhere to process and protocols · Perform analysis of issues, provide long term fixes, proactively monitor trends to identify problem areas and solution to resolve them · Help on Design, build, test & deploy solution as part of Enhancement or Areas of Improvement identified during support · Coordinate and Communicate with Business · To help them understand solution and provide regular updates from Ticket Acknowledgment to Resolution and closure · Prioritization of Enhancements · Solution evaluation and approach · Approval on Solution approach and support for UAT · Communicate with IT and other team member within US and other geographical locations to ensure there is clarity, transparency with the support team across globe. · Provide status update on your track to the Support Manager regularly · Contribute to the knowledge management by documenting the details of resolution. · More than 7 years of experience in Procure to Pay, Plan to build and order to cash · Good communication skills and analytical ability to enable collaboration with business users to get their requirements · Oracle DBMS knowledge. · Adherence to process with knowledge of industry best practices Thanks & Regards Mohammad Siddiq SR.
