PM with document management project experience is desired. PM experienced, in general, with document management applications with associated workflow. PM experienced with various document management processes, intake/ingestion, indexing/classification, approval and escalation processes as built into workflow. PM experienced in working in banking and highly regulated subject areas. PM experienced with managing multiple small to medium projects at different stages of lifecycle. PM experience with working with iterative development teams. PM with strong process management experience including requirement management, scope management, issue/risk management, test and user acceptance management. PM with strong communication skills and used to working with both highly technical teams and business side stakeholders; able to communicate effectively to both. PM with familiarity with business processes including such areas as account opening, loan servicing, cash movement, and other standard banking document/workflow type processes. PM with proven track record of developing and operating communication plans, handling escalations and ensuring the successful delivery of projects through direct intervention and leadership. PM with experience in projects utilizing rapid prototyping for user interfaces and flow and business driven development.
