They work within 6 week release cycles. Supply Chain/Logistics experience a plus, as well as experience working with enterprise level messaging software in a high transaction environment. Must have excellent written and verbal communication skills. Although the people will be helping with designs they need to have strong development skills. This would include key concepts such as: 1) C# Development (Development Patterns, Writing Maintainable Code, Enterprise Level Development preferred) 2) Strong Object Oriented Background 3) Good at SQL (T-SQL for SQL Server). Our shop is very much DB Oriented. A strong background in interfacing with the database is required. 4) Capacity Concerns and Development Practices (They need to know about multi-thread and distributed applications. This would include windows services, .NET Remoting, Web Services, etc.) It is very important that these candidates be hard working, energetic, and have a passion for quality.
