College degree preferred *Main Duties:* The Sr. Business Systems Analyst role, within Distribution Management group, has responsibility for supporting the various systems and processes involved in Advisor Field Force administration and Commission calculation. The encumbent will be the primary BSA supporting the recently launched advisor commissions reporting application, with responsibility for assessing systems impacts from multiple projects concurrently, as well as being the primarily BSA in the application evolution. *Responsibilities include:* Definition of business requirements to define project scope. Develop, plan and perform User Acceptance Testing Provide subject matter expertise in Advisor Commissions business and systems Develop of refine business process flows and procedures. Provide effective communication on project status and progress. Manage relationships with internal and external partners. Pro-actively teach other team members in specific area of expertise through knowledge share and mentorship. Apply and contribute to the development of best practices. Contributes to project implementation planning, and post-implementation tracking.
