Location: Hyderabad / Secunderabad Compensation: Base Salary + Incentives + Bonus (earn upto 8 Lakhs per annum) Experience: 2 - 3 Years Job Description The Account Manager will be responsible for maintaining and developing a strong relationship with the existing clients, preferred vendors and consultants. Responsibilities include the following: • Catering to and fulfilling IT requirements • Work closely with the Managers/Clients to understand and prioritize the open requirements. • Understand and work on requirements of the client and screen the resumes submitted by the recruiters. • Ensure the availability and delivery of the consultant. • Negotiating rates with the clients • Leading a team, allocating the requirements as per priority and strengths of individual recruiters in team • Mentoring team members by giving feedback to increase productivity • Responsible for achieving self and team target • Should be open to do full life cycle recruiting when required Desired Candidate Profile • Should have proven history of recruiting experience with good closures as an account manager for at least 2 years • Should be strong in contract staffing • Must have excellent technical knowledge and expertise • Must have excellent communication (verbal and written) skills • Must have strong negotiation skills • Must be a self-driven person, hard worker and a go getter, If you are interested or know someone that may be interested, please forward the resume to r...@allied-ds.com Thank you for your valuable time.
