Systems Administrator

Location: Jacksonville, FL

Duration: 12 months





·         Responsible for the maintenance, troubleshooting, access, and
backup for enterprise wide systems.

·         Technologies supported include operating systems, servers,
networks, system security, hardware and other software applications.

·         Troubleshoot system issues, resolve or recommend solutions. Create
and manage system documentation, including configurations and backup
procedures.

·         Create patches and updates as needed.

·         Participate in the definition and implementation of system
components including new servers, hardware, software and upgrades.

·         Install, upgrade, support and troubleshoot operating systems.

·         Must possess solid knowledge of operating systems and networking
hardware and software. 6+ years of experience functioning in a Systems
Administrator capacity is required.



·         Messaging and Exchange Skill Set Working Knowledge of Lync 2010
and OCS 2007 ·

·         Familiarity with Migration methodology for OCS 2007 to Lync 2010 –
High

·         ·OCS 2007 (R1) IM, Voice, and Web Conferencing - High

·         ·Lync IM services troubleshooting - High

·         ·Lync Web Conferencing services troubleshooting – High

·         ·Lync Enterprise Voice services troubleshooting - Medium Working
Knowledge of Exchange 2007/2010:

·         ·Expertise in Exchange 2007 and 2010 Infrastructure/Mailbox
management – High
