*Duration: 6 Months* *Your Responsibilities* ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES include the following. Other duties may be assigned. · Play substantive/lead role in domain data quality, augmentation and validation for enterprise. · Drive development and implementation of data strategies to optimize data quality, and implement a robust MDM solution. · Define and deliver data quality project communications across impacted organizations, ensuring that all stakeholders are knowledgeable of the impact and drive corrective change. · Translate business requests into Informatica DQ solutions. · Meet business timelines for data analysis and report generation. · Partner with technology to continuously improve the structure and data integrity in SAP (system of records) and with POE solutions. · Identify opportunities to improve business processes that impact contact data quality and drive execution. · Contribute to and adopt data quality best practices in alignment with other functional organizations. · Extract data utilizing available tools from existing data stores and perform ad-hoc queries and mine it to arrive at specific and crucial information for the organization. · Ability to develop complex mappings and transformations · Analyze data and summarize performance using metrics. · Lead data acquisition and validation strategy and execution with 3rd party data sources. · Analyze data trends and monitor data for duplications and rejects. · Work with internal/external partners to identify opportunity to upgrade data feeds and drive implementation · Provide business with best practice for match & merge approaches for winner/loser records *. Your Profile* · Communication & Influencing: must clearly convey information and ideas through a variety of media to individuals or groups in a manner that engages the audience and helps them understand and retain the message. · Teamwork: An individual who can work effectively in a collaborative environment and foster teamwork with their peer group, their local & virtual team colleagues and with employees outside of the GIS function. · Technical Expertise: must have a background in successful information technology systems associated with their functional area. *. General skills:* Demonstrate strong knowledge of industry or functional specialty as it pertains to data quality and integrity. O Strong analytical, attention to detail with understanding of statistical practices and methods. O Ability to work in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial matrix environment. O Ability to take initiative, work flexibly, and adhere to priorities with minimal direct supervision O Demonstrated ability to drive process improvements, problem-solve, and produce results. *· Required Experience* O BA/BS degree in Information Systems, Statistics, Business Administration or related major required. O 3 - 5 years experience of data analysis O Informatica IDQ/IDQ and Powercenter is required. O Experience with Relational Databases (e.g., Access, SQL Server). O Proficient in all Microsoft Office Tools. O Professional presentation and communication skills.
