Experience with upstream application (Analysis, Sourcing, and Contracts is required.) • Strong working hand on knowledge of Ariba on demand applications (9s and or 10s) • Strong understanding of and hands on experience with ERP, Supply Chain & Procurement tools (Peoplesoft desired, Oracle required, and SAP desired). • Experienced hands-on developer of MicroStrategy business intelligence queries. • Demonstrated ability to analyze and present using Microsoft Excel (Analysis and presentation, including data validation, arrays, pivot tables, charts, etc.) • Working knowledge of Strategic Sourcing Procurement processes. • Process improvement focus. • Adept at partnering with business stakeholders and speaking their language. • Excellent written and verbal communication skills. • Ability to present ideas in business-friendly and user-friendly language. • Experience in developing and delivering Ariba training is a strong plus.
