Must be able to work independently with minimum supervision. -Must be proficient in SDLC (system development life cycle). -Must possess a structured discipline of coding standards and programming documentation. -Strong conceptual knowledge in a variety of the field's concepts, practices, and procedures. -Proficiency in Windows based computer applications (Microsoft Office Suite). -Web development skills using C#, ASP.NET <http://asp.net/>, XML and XSL, Web Services preferred. -Enterprise resource planning (ERP) and/or Microsoft Dynamics Customer Relationship Management software (CRM) experience a plus. -Knowledge of Microsoft Message Queuing (MSMQ), Microsoft Certified Solution Developer (MCSD), or Microsoft Certified Applications Developer (MCAD) a plus.
